The first goal of this web site is to provide anyone with access to the Web an explanation of two revolutionary breakthroughs in physics: The Speed-of-Light Definition of Time, and the Ball-of-Light Particle Model.
The second goal of this web site is to spread these ideas to scientists -- especially physicists, astronomers, astrophysicists, geophysicists, paleontologists, mathematicians, logicians, and philosophers -- in order to:
- advance human knowledge
- to insure that scientists in these disciplines have a chance to find out about the Speed-of-Light Definition of Time and the Ball-of-Light Particle Model (Partly because scientists in these fields are keenly interested in advancing human knowledge, but mostly because my journal papers are still unpublished.)
- advance and expand these breakthroughs (there is still a lot of work to be done)
- meet scientists interested in collaborating on, and testing, these ideas (I am currently seeking the help of an expert mathematician in the area of spherical harmonics, know of any? See Collaboration.)
- receive feedback (both negative and positive)
- develop a synergistic level of support for these breakthroughs
- develop working relationships and friendships with people who think about these topics
- develop financial relationships with individuals and businesses interested in the patentable ideas related to these ideas, and for their numerous commercial purposes (I am currently seeking the help of a world-class venture capitalist, know of any?)
- sidestep the traditional scientific means of publishing ideas through journal papers (I am doing this partly because, to date, the Speed-of-Light Definition of Time and the Ball-of-Light Particle Model have been rejected without review, but mostly because these ideas are too lengthy and, in some ways, too radical to sufficiently explain within the confines of a journal paper. It is obvious to me that when I attempt to explain these ideas in too brief of a fashion, I appear to others as: radical at best, or a lunatic at worst. However, when I take my time, and develop my ideas logically, I appear to others as: a genius at best, or very interesting at worst. It never seizes to amaze me how my presentation -- especially in my opening lines -- has more importance in the ability to sway others than the non-changing facts that are presented every time.)
- to be very interesting at worst
The third goal of this web site is to eventually grow this web site into a single immense source of the latest and most advanced source of scientifically accepted physical and astrophysical knowledge. A fantasy of mine is that students of physics or astronomy might say, "If you want to know that, just go to Nordberg's web site."
Another goal for this web site is to generate enough income to allow me to direct all of my professional time towards my physics theories and envisioned experiments. (Please note the publication of my book, The solution to the question, "What is time?" and consider purchasing a copy.)
Also, please watch for future products which will include:
- a second book primarily dealing with astrophysics
- an interactive CD
- and a video.
These products will stress the Ball-of-Light Particle Model Grand Unification Theory and will tie together physics, particle physics, astronomy and astrophysics, by using photos, graphics, and animations to the maximum. Also, I look forward to creating related teaching aids.
If you purchase my current book, or future products, thank you, your purchase will help support my physics research.
Finally, I would especially like to thank the hundreds of people who have already purchased a copy of my book.
Thank you,
John T. Nordberg
